These Terms govern your access to and use of the PullScope mobile application and the website at https://pullscope.com.

1. What PullScope Provides

PullScope is a camera-first scanner for TCG and sports cards. The service is designed to return likely card identity, confidence, and price guidance from the visible evidence in the submitted image.

PullScope is not a guaranteed value engine, grading authority, authenticity certificate, or investment advice service.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • Submit only content you have the right to use.
  • Use the app lawfully and do not interfere with the service.
  • Review important card decisions carefully instead of treating every scan as a final answer.

3. Subscriptions And Billing

  • Premium access is offered through weekly and yearly App Store subscriptions.
  • Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple.
  • You can restore purchases inside the app if needed.

4. Results Disclaimer

Scan results depend on visible evidence. Lighting, blur, cropping, finish, language, condition, authenticity, and lookalike cards can materially affect the outcome. A high-confidence result is still guidance.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
