Editorial policy
How PullScope keeps its public content grounded
PullScope publishes product guides, workflow explainers, comparison pages, and collector-facing support content. The goal is clarity, not hype.
What we publish
We focus on content that explains scan flow, confidence, back-photo logic, price direction, saved history, and the limits of automated card identification.
How content is reviewed
- The PullScope Editorial Desk drafts and updates the content.
- The PullScope Research Review Desk checks that claims stay cautious and consistent with the product.
- Pages are updated when product behavior, pricing, support rules, or policy language materially changes.
Evidence rules
- We do not present scan output as a grading or authenticity guarantee.
- We describe value as guidance, not as a promised sale outcome.
- We keep card-specific claims tied to visible evidence such as set code, number, finish, layout, and confidence level.
When we escalate beyond app guidance
If a topic materially affects grading, authentication, insurance, legal disputes, or high-value resale decisions, we direct the reader toward slower specialist review instead of pretending the app is the final word.
Brand and publisher clarity
PullScope by Laqen LLC is the public product brand, support surface, and website experience for the iOS app and the matching card-scanning service.
