These terms govern your access to and use of the PullScope iOS application and the website at https://pullscope.com.

PullScope is the product brand for the app and website operated by Laqen LLC.

1. What PullScope provides

PullScope is a camera-first card scanner for collectors. It is designed to return a likely card match, confidence, and price direction from the visible evidence in the submitted image.

PullScope is not a grading authority, authenticity certificate, or guaranteed value service.

2. Your responsibilities

• Submit only content you have the right to use.
• Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with its operation.
• Review important card decisions carefully instead of treating every scan as a final answer.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid access is offered through weekly and yearly App Store subscriptions.
• Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple.
• Restore Purchases is available inside the app when needed.

4. Result limitations

Lighting, blur, crop, finish, sleeves, language, authenticity, and lookalike cards can all affect the output. A high-confidence result is still guidance, not a guarantee.
