How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, find PullScope, and choose Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open PullScope, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple rather than by PullScope directly. Use reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID that made the purchase.

What happens to my scan image when I submit it?

The image you choose is used to validate and process the scan so the app can return a structured card result. The app also keeps local scan history on your device for saved cards and revisit flows.

Why does my result look different from another listing price?

Price guidance is a research aid. Condition, finish, language, authenticity, grade, and live demand can all move the actual market outcome.

What kind of photo gives the best result?

Use one clear front photo in strong light with the name line, set code, and collector number visible. Add the back when the result asks for more input or the match feels too close.
