PullScope operates the PullScope iOS app and the website at https://pullscope.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, why we handle it, and what choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Scan inputs: Card photos and related upload metadata needed to validate and process a scan.
  • Scan outputs: Result payloads, confidence data, and saved history needed to operate the product.
  • Device and usage context: App version, device information, analytics events, and diagnostics.
  • Purchases and entitlements: Subscription state needed to manage access and restore purchases.
  • Support requests: Emails, screenshots, and attachments you send to support.

2. How We Use Information

  • Authenticate app sessions and authorize scan access.
  • Validate submitted scans and generate structured card results.
  • Store scan history and operational metadata for reliability and support.
  • Manage subscription state, free usage limits, and restore flows.
  • Measure product usage, diagnose bugs, and improve scan quality.
  • Respond to support, legal, privacy, or policy requests.

3. Scan Images

PullScope is built around the card image you choose to scan. Selected images are processed to validate the request and generate the result you see in the app. The app also keeps local scan history on your device unless you remove it.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate the app, analytics, messaging, and subscriptions, including:

  • Apple App Store for distribution and billing
  • Firebase for anonymous authentication, analytics, and push messaging
  • Adapty for subscription and entitlement management

5. Data Retention

Local scan history stays on your device until you delete it or remove app data. Server-side operational records are retained as needed to run, secure, and support the service.

6. Your Rights
